Having trouble opening up documents within Blackboard?
Be sure to enable (allow) all pop up blockers in your browser. If you have several toolbars on your computer they must all allow popups to be turned on for each one. Popups include documents, announcements and quizzes. Having them allowed assists you in accessing your course documents.
To allow your Pop ups in Microsoft Explorer go to Tools > Pop Up Blocker > Turn OFF pop up blocker.
For Firefox go to Options in the toolbar > Click on Content > Uncheck the Block pop - up windows option and then click OK.
Have a great semester,
